inherently transformative, each session shall comprise of compassionate enquiry, enlightenment techniques, and experiential exploration of dimensional themes for each chakra, including sensory, verbal, movement, music, creativity, poetry and sound & breathwork.
yoga nidra* meditation and a guided shamanic journey for each day. including interim 121 support where needed, comprehensive handouts and enrichment tasks to assist your process.
* yogic psychic ‘sleep’ is potentially a state similar to deep, non-rem sleep, including delta brain waves, while simultaneously remaining fully conscious and aware: it involves no movement and encourages us to integrate different parts of ourselves, and rest & replenish in the still-point of peace within.
in 2025, for chakra participants who wish to, there shall be the opportunity to apprentice and learn the chakra healing sequences for body and feet which emmalene has formulated over 25 years as a practitioner.

1. base – mother earth, goddess, nature, embodiment, mother, family, inner child, home, lineage, tribal connection & belonging, security, survival & vitality
2. sacral – emotional balance, change & fluidity, polarity & duality, creativity, sensuality, sexuality, embracing change, releasing conditioning
3. solar plexus – father, self-esteem, individuality, will, balance between dualities, wholeness, endurance, power and protection
4. heart – co-existence between matter & spirit, forgiveness, compassion, self-acceptance, connection to humanity, emotional expression, love and beauty
5. throat – communication, self-expression, creativity, purpose, harmony, power of choice and truth
6. third eye – intuition, inner wisdom, stillness, detachment & the witness, serendipity & synchronicity, vision and non-duality
7. crown – heavenly sky father, infinity, divine wisdom, connection to source, relationship to the cosmos, nature of consciousness, and transcendence
